Commercial Architecture

We develop comprehensive commercial architecture projects, from the creation of the guiding concept that defines the identity of the space, to the detailed design and complete technical documentation necessary for its execution.

Our approach seeks to translate the brand's values into a coherent, functional, and attractive spatial experience for the user.

This type of work includes the following stages:

0 | Initial Meeting
Survey of objectives, brand identity, and functional and operational needs of the space.

1 | Presentation of References + Initial Layout
Conceptual and visual exploration.
The first concept ideas are defined through mood boards, references, diagrams, and spatial distribution proposals (preliminary layout).

2 | Preliminary Project
Development of the proposal with visual representation of the space.
Conceptual images or realistic renderings are presented to communicate the setting, materials, lighting, and overall atmosphere of the project.

3 | Final Design
Preparation of all technical documentation necessary to carry out the work.
Depending on the scope of the project, this may include:
- Architectural plans (floor plans, sections, and elevations)
- Civil engineering plans (demolitions, partitions)
- Finishing plans (ceilings, flooring, cladding)
- Installation plans (plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, gas)
- Technical spreadsheets (carpentry, glass, metalwork, countertops)
- Construction details for furniture and commercial equipment
